Dr. Omega
Real Name: Albrecht Urkell
Background: Dr. Omega was a Nazi scientist, an inventor of many of the Third Reich's most fearsome weapons. After the war, he sought his own power, and over the decades was the one of the world's leading menaces, stopped time and again by superheroes. When the Soviet Union collapsed, his forces took possession of part of Siberia, forming the republic of Transasia. He was accidentally killed by the superhero Rebel. Later, he appeared to rise from the dead and launched an invasion of the Pacific nation of Isola, but then was exposed as an impostor.

Skills: Omega was a genius level inventor and technologist. He excelled in the design of rockets and other weaponry.
Technology: In the 1940s, Omega was scarred by acid in a duel with Maximilian Hellstrom, and wore a mask to hide his injuries. Later in life, Omega wore a massive battlesuit that helped extend his lifespan and enhanced his physique.
