Black Scorpion

Real Name: Toda Nakamura

Background: No agent of Imperial Japan was more feared than the Black Scorpion. Trained in the deadly arts of ninjitsu, he infiltrated the US on several occasions on missions for his Emperor, and he often battled the Victory Squadron and other Allied heroes.

After the war, he took over leadership of the ninja clan called the Secret Swords, and was responsible for the tutelage of many ninjas, including Dragon, Tarantula, Ichiban, and Avenger.

Some years after breaking away from the Secret Swords, Avenger returned to Japan and killed Nakamura.

Status: Deceased

Powers: Black Scorpion was a master of invisibility, seemingly able to blend into his surroundings with ease.

Skills: Black Scorpion was an expert martial artist and swordsman, skilled at stealth, intrusion, disguise and deception.

Technology: Black Scorpion used traditional ninja weapons.
