Overcoat
Real Name: Ivan Ural, aka Otto Verkott, aka Nightsight, aka The Wanderer, aka Dirt-Bag Joe
Background: Overcoat is a former secret agent, but which country he was the agent of is the subject of some dispute. Also in dispute is how he lost his left arm (possibly due to Claw, possibly not), as well as how he gained his mental powers. What is known is that he was the partner of Kodiak for several years and was active as a roving crime fighter with no visible means of support.
When not sleeping on a friend's couch, he appears to live inside a rusty, smoky 1951 Pontiac he called his "crime car", littered with old fast food wrappers, empty beer cans, and porno magazines.
There is mysterious but unexplained connection between Overcoat and the Silver Age hero called the Blue Blazer.

Skills: Overcoat is a veteran drinker with a limitless tolerance for alcohol. He is a skilled panhandler and a master at finding edible food in a dumpster. He is also highly capable of avoiding the police.
